Professor Koh is the Sterling Professor of International Law at Yale Law School and one of the Lantos Foundation’s Rule of Law lecturers. In addition to his legal scholarship, he has served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, and as the legal adviser of the State Department.
